I just took a look at your newsletter and was very impressed - a lot of useful information. I have a real interest in HVAC and technology in general but I have not really found many technically competent information sources.

I just read your Heatpump 101 post and I have to say this was legitimately one of the greatest examples of writing I have ever seen. You explained complex topics so perfectly. In my head I was thinking of specific things I had always wondered about this topic and later on in the article you ended up explaining them.
